Fundraising ideas? :)?

we're going away on hockey tournament next holidays. the cost is about $1200 per person so we're trying to do some fundraising to cover costs a bit. i was wondering if anyone had any good fundraising ideas. its an Under16 team so no 'nude photo shoots' etc thanks :)x things like a quiz night, a dance etc :) or raffle ideas!
