Mandatory birth control?

Absolutely. So many children are born into terrible poverty every day without access to clean water, food, education, or health care. And the problem gets worse every year. It is estimated that by the year 2050, we will need the equivalent of 3 planets to sustain the human race. Catastrophe in the form of war and m starvation are on the horizon if we don't do something soon. We have to limit breeding for the good of the entire race. If you can't feed, clothe, or educate your children, you shouldn't be able to have them. The right of children to these necessities should trump the right of people to breed unchecked.
