I want to move a 1986 buick one block from the parking lot to my house..but IT HAS NO BRAKES (READ DETAILS)?

NEVER attempt to drive a vehicle any distance when you know the brakes do not work. I don't care if it is 50' or 50 miles. use a tow dolly or have a friend who has AAA have it towed. If it is a leakage problem with the brake system, you MAY be able to put some fluid in the master cylinder and get some pedal where it would be safe to drive.
