How bad is stress for pregnant women??im 36 weeks a teacher and i just cant help to shout and be stressed!help?

im a sped teacher and i just can help but scream and be stressed to my students everytime they will do not so good attitudes. pls help me, im just scared for my baby to have emotionally or physical problem. tnx in advence. God bless
