What are the benefits and drawbacks overall of monitoring and evaluating customer service… and is it worth it?

If your customers are unhappy with you, your customer service is the first step in fining out. Customer Service can and should resolve problems, answer questions, make your customers feel that you truly care about them and their needs. And they should be bringing any repeat problems to your attention for full correction. Such as a rudd clerks, an item incorrectly priced, dirty rest rooms, how slow service is or was, station being unmanned.
