Have you ever met a really strong or tough person thats extremely ticklish?

Quite a lot of bullies are ticklish. Perhaps some of them even hope to be subdued by tickling. I did have one friend for a few years who was much bigger than I and nearly a foot taller, but he was incredibly ticklish and absolutely loved and craved being tickled. He was very popular with people who liked to do all kinds of role playing scenes with him.
