What is the reason Christians stay Christian? (kind of long, but real question)?

Several potential reasons. The 'true' answer can also vary per person presently. My reason; I realized decades ago, 'something is not right'. For too long, I thought 'there are several people smarter than I' that say X. The truth was/is the real thing was Y not X. I now see 9 deviations to God's word. (God is superior to man; not equal)!!!!
