Anyone know who a famous spanish woman named Barbarita might be or why they are calling me that at work?

These spanish guys from my work.. i think they are from el salvador and guatemala, they keep callin me barbarita. they all like to mess with me and flirt with me and call me short, but i dont know what this means. Can anyone tell me who barbarita might be, or why they are calling me this. and if you do know who barbarita is can you tell me why theymight be callin me that?? cause my name is anna. lol
