I am wondering about survival of the fast talking & tough New York attitude, is it still there or been wiped?

Leave the island of Manhattan and hit the other four Boros. Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island. The attitude lives. We even take it when we retire to upstate NY. Drives the locals crazy.
