I have HORRIBLE nasal congestion so is there a surgery to open nasal pages forever if so what is it called?

I have tried everything from medicines to snorting salt water, most medicines don't work &, the ones that do only work for about a week and then my allergies (nasal congestion & nose drips) develop immunity towards those drugs(Ex. Claritin-D, Sudafed, Afrin,etc). Even allergy drugs such as these only work for 1-2 weeks tops. I have had allergies all my life. They begin whenever the weather changes, so in late march throughout april i have them, then they go and come back when the weather changes again in late august, throughout september & sometimes until early october. This has been a recurring cycle since I was very young & during these times of the year, I FEEL LIKE TAKING A KNIFE & CUTTING MY NOSE OPEN NO MATTER HOW PAINFUL IT WOULD BE OR HOW LONG IT WOULD BLEED JUST BECAUSE I WANT TO BREATH FREELY, ofcourse I am not insane, therefore I would never do that but I hate it so much that it makes me go through severe depression, and experience low self esteem & even suicidal thoughts.
