I'm writing a really long research paper about NATO and its need for reform or abolishment....?

Does anybody have any sites or books that I can look at for more information? My paper focuses alot on NATO's funding problems and missions. Btw, my first draft is due tomorrow, and it has to be 7 pg.s so, I really need some info now!
