Married a BIPOLAR HOODRAT. What to do now?

Im so exhausted. I met her in 2006. Married her in 2008. She cheated two months later. She displayed no red flags except that she was needy. She hangs around hoodrats and she doesnt come home. When my gut tells me shes cheating(over 15 times since 2008), she tells me im crazy and stupid to even think such a thing of her(but shes admittied to every affair 2-3 mths later)!!! We seperated 5 months ago but we joined a local church 1 month ago. While on church grounds, she professed her love for me and asked me to move in with her. I did. After two weeks of living back with her, she start nagging, criticizing, name calling, etc.... I asked her if she was seeing someone, she responds by yelling and not coming home till the next day and saying how could I think that of her. Yesterday she tells me that she likes this guy and has feelings for him but she has never met him but has been talking on the phone with him and she like what he says to her! She has four kids from 1st marriage that i take care of while she runs the streets. She dont work, no ged,etc.. I work as a labtech, veteran, education. Shes very manipulative(damsel in distress syndrome). I paid for her Patient Care Technitian education when we met but certification has elasped. Now she tells me im a good man but she doesnt love me anymore and dont want anyone else to have me either,WTF!!!???!!!! My question is do women like this ever change or will this always be their "HABITUAL RITUAL"? Also, where do you see her in the next year or so? She says that she is in her second childhood and wants to make mistakes. WTF? I want to change her but I know it wont help. Anyone else going through this? Also she is bipolar and gets SSI for it but wont take meds. I feel like destroying her but i dont want to go to jail and im not that type of man.
