Rifled slugs in fully rifled slug barrel?

I want to know if it would hurt my fully rifled slug barrel if I shot some 1oz rifled slugs in it I know accuracy would be not be the best but how bad at how far ( by the way by fully rifled I mean rifled like a pistol or rifle with the full land and groves)
