What's that poem called in Coraline and how does it go?

In the movie, both Coraline and her real dad say this poem- her dad says it when giving her the food that she calls "slime", and she says it when shes walking to the well at the end of the movie. It starts as something like: My itchy, twitchy girl, I think you are so nice. I give you bowls of porridge, I give you bowls of ice... cream.
