bill clinton pardoned the democratic representitive MEL REYNOLDS when he left office..this gem from the democratic party was convicted of raping a 16 year old girl ,child ,and several misdemeanors while in office..this guy was convicted and served less than 2 years for ,a far cry from foley don't ya think ,what is worse..don't hate me google it!
