Okay. So I got a gym membership this week and i've been working out 2 hours a day every day really hard by switching from cardio to weights about every 30 minutes and I'm eating lots of fruits/veggies drinking 2 quarts of water a day. I'm 17 5'5 and 150pounds oh and female lol what tips or regimens would you recommend for burning more fat quicker? Which machines are the best at the gym?�Oh and I can't afford a personal trainer so other peoples advice and my common sense is all I have lol
